A Thanksgiving Side Dish

Thanksgiving is such a special day.  It's a time to get together with close family and friends and cherish all that you are thankful for. And of course, everyone loves Thanksgiving yummies! Today I am sharing a go-to family recipe for hash brown casserole that is the perfect side dish for that turkey! It's super easy and even more delicious!

Ingredients:
1 8oz Container of Sour Cream
1 Stick of Butter, Melted
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Bag of Southern Style Frozen Hash Browns
1 Bag of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 box Italian Panko Bread Crumbs

In a big mixing bowl, add melted butter, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream and mix it all together.  Next, stir in cheddar cheese and then slowly mix in the hash browns until all the ingredients are incorporated.  Pour it all into a 13x9 baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until the top starts to brown slightly.  Take the dish out of the oven and sprinkle bread crumbs over the top until it is covered.  Bake for 10 more minutes or until the bread crumbs are brown and crispy.  It's as easy as that!!

I hope you all have an amazing Thanksgiving!

xoxo,
Kaitlin
